Happy to steer you in the right direction! I work primarily with new retrainers and people who need have gotten off track. We truly start from the beginning to work through our hearts to find the why and how of the practice rather than problem solving.

Cancellation Policy

All session cancelled within 48hrs will receive a full refund. All other sessions cancelled after 48hrs are unrefundable. You must cancel through the booking calendar and send me an email.
