Sessions are filled with joy. Robert Rivest is on a mission to help people cultivate peace, love, laughter and joy and share it around the world.
Guided Mindfulness Meditation

This is a guided session to help cultivate calm in the mind and body through meditation, an excellent tool for relaxation.
Please feel free to settle into a comfortable seat and allow for Kelcey’s soothing voice to take you on a journey to reset, recharge and rewire. This session will include breathing, grounding, visualization and practicing self-compassion. This is for beginners and experienced meditators. Let’s all relax together!

Whether you already love to cook or simply want to explore if it could be something you enjoy; this session has something for everyone who wants to rewire positive associations with cooking and food. Fall in love with your kitchen! We will review simple strategies for savoring the process of meal creation from beginning to end. There will also be information on making food prep simple for those "neuroplastic golden days". Bring a drink or snack along to practice savoring!

In this session, Katie will share about her journey recovering from toxic mold and why her biggest healing breakthrough happened at Disney World! Pulling from what was most effective in her rewiring experience, she will also lead a guided meditation and mini-workshop on discovering your joy, elevating your vibe, and how to incorporate these things into your daily way in a very practical way that fosters and accelerates limbic rewiring and healing!

Developing Primal Trust

In this experiential session we will explore what it means to have "primal trust". Trusting in your body and in the healing Superconscious intelligence guiding your life are foundational components of creating inner calm. When we are in a state of trust, we are more able to let go of resistance to what is happening now, we feel inner resilience and our biochemistry is stabilized. Using my customized brain rewiring attunement technique along with a guided heart coherence practice, we will create perceptions of safety and connection to the Higher Self and release resistance to what is.

She will also cover, “What is “healing”? Are we ever completely “healed”? What does “healing” look like to you? And what are some practical steps we can take in order to continually make healing fun, whimsical, and childlike? Get ready to get out the craft supplies!

EFT : Tapping for Brain Retrainers

E.F.T. stands for “Emotional Freedom Technique”. It involves tapping with the fingertips on specific points on the body, similar to acupressure. It is a tool that can be used to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, moving the brain and body from “fight or flight” mode to “rest and digest” mode. This presentation is designed to introduce you to tapping and will include three short tapping meditations the group can all do together.

Positive Psychology: Getting the Most Out of Rewiring

This session will explore the underlying foundations required to successfully rewire the brain, along with tools for increasing resilience and ways of dealing with doubt when it arises. Tools from positive psychology to support the rewiring process will be included.
We are naturally wired for resilience, but environmental, physical, and emotional stress keeps us experiencing an overactive fight-or-flight response. Luckily, we have the innate capabilities to rewire our brains, so we can experience a warrior-like mentality in our physical bodies and brains. Join me for tangible tools you can use from the safety of your home to rewire your brain for resilience and access your growth-and-repair response.

So join in with a little titter, a snorting chortle, Or simply smiling wide-eyed bemusement.
