We’re very excited to be chatting with Liz Carlson next Tuesday on the 7th February!
She will be speaking about her ‘Lifestyle and Nervous System Programs Guide’ which she put together alongside Lindsay Vine.
The guide analyses over 20 different lifestyle and nervous system programs. Liz will talk about some of her findings and provide us with some insight into the key differences between popular programs. We will discuss this and open the conversation up to any questions you might have for us too!
