About The Event
We’re very excited to be chatting with Katie Nickerson on the 30th of January! She will be talking on the subject of How To Retrain Around Mold and CIRS.
This Speaker Session is all about how to use brain retraining to recover from mold illness! Our speaker this month is Brain Retraining Coach Katie Nickerson. Katie will be sharing about her decade long journey of healing from mold illness including her personal experience with various healing protocols (including the Shoemaker Protocol) and her ultimate healing through rewiring her brain. This session will cover how to use brain retraining tools to eliminate sensitivities, detox the body, and return to full vitality and health. This will include step by step instructions to rewire the brain’s association with this environmental trigger as well as specific tools to use in incremental and incidental training!
Katie will follow this conversation with live Q&A on anything related to retraining around Mold and CIRS.
