There is a lot of truth in this saying. How we approach something can completely change our experience and the results of what we are doing. Love, especially unconditional love, is the highest vibrational energy out there and can truly be a transformer of all things.
I invite you this week to bring more love, loving kindness, or self-compassion into both your brain retraining and your everyday tasks. Treat it as an experiment and re-evaluate at the end of the week. Did you notice a difference in how you felt or responded to situations? Was there a gentleness or softening towards yourself or toward life by choosing to come from this place? Did you notice a difference is your brain retraining or tasks as a result of choosing to approach them in this way?
If you have trouble accessing those feelings, then try coming up with some small actions that you can do that you believe are loving or kind toward yourself, or hold the intention that you are coming from love until you are able to feel it.
When we allow ourselves to come from a heart-centered place, amazing things can happen!
